▹ Upon commissioning me, you automatically agree to all Terms below.◇◇◇▹ Any rude behavior, charge backs, or attempt to scam me will result in blacklisting of any future commissions from me.◇◇◇▹ All art by default is copyrighted by me. You are allowed to use any art I create for you in any non-commercial manner. (I.E: Upload to character storage, utilize for decoration on other websites, upload to your own page with proper credit, e.t.c)◇◇◇▹You are NOT to remove my watermark from any of my work for any reason.
◇ Payment ◇
▹ All payments must be made through Paypal. I don't accept any other forms of payment unless stated otherwise. USD only.◇◇◇▹ Payments for Commissions will be held until I have completed a sketch of the piece. Once the sketch is complete and I have sent it for revisions, I will then request payment before completing the piece.◇◇◇▹Refunds are not available unless, (i) I am unable to complete your commission, (ii) You express you have a financial emergency and want a refund, (iii) I become uncomfortable with completing the commission for any reason I deem suitable.◇◇◇▹ All payments are final upon completion of your commission. I will not issue a refund for any reason after I have completed the work and have properly delivered it to you.
